Japanese Oyaki
OYAKI (おやき) is a Japanese dumpling/bun made from flour dough wrapped around a stuffing of vegetables, meat or fruits, then roasted on an iron pan. We made special versions of those with fillings of Spicy Pork, Sukiyaki Beef and Veggie Ramen, served with house-made local dishes on the side to pick from.
