Coffee Bomb

Coffee Bomb is a re-creation of a popular Vietnamese dessert: flans on coffee. We want to develop this street dessert into a high-end experience but still keep the "street" look What's in a Coffee Bomb: Flan, two scoop of Coffee Ice creams, Coffee Jelly, Banana brulée, Lace Cookies. Topped with Toasted Coconut and Black Sesame seeds. Everything sits on top of a cone of shaved ice. We serve it with a strong shot of Vietnamese espresso (in the pipette) to pour on. So you'd have an ice coffee after finish the dessert.
